I began my sales career at just 15 years old! I grew up in a small town in central Minnesota. My dad had a manufactured home sales center and park. One day my dad came up to me and said he had just fired his sales manager, and I was his replacement! I was very fortunate to have learned my selling skills in a small town.
You had best treat customers with respect and do what you said you would do, or the whole town would know about it all the next day! I realized it was time to condense all that I have learned into a story form book.
NO BULLET POINTS allowed! Learning the process outlined in this book took a great many years, and I realized the more I spoke to and trained others in sales, almost all of them did not realize it was a powerful, positive, and structured process that did not entail trickery, cornering, or being deceitful.
